My name is biblical.
and “transliteration”
of Yehoshua (Yahweh)
in Hebrew.

The successor to Moses
and friend who
led the Israelites
during the period of
the Exodus. He went up
Mount Sinai, too.

Salvation, the Lord,
the commandments
and all that.

In Old English,
it is the healer, Jesus,
and Medieval Latin
speaks of Hosanna.
Through Aramaic–it is
Yeshua.

Of extreme importance
my name seems to follow.
It is also one of the
top-five baby names–
if it helps.
