Poetry: In the Moment

Now,
no matter
what you do:
you can’t be unhappy.


No more tears;
no more pain;
no more guilt;
no more shame.


Soon
you will
finally see
a change in your spirit.


Then
you couldn’t
no matter how much
you fought against it.


Now
no matter
what you do
you become whole again.


No more fractures;
no more bellyaches;
a healthy figure;
unable to break.
