Are you patriotic? What does being patriotic mean to you?
I have often thought there was a difference between nationalism and patriotism. Patriotism is loving your country. Nationalism is when somebody makes you love your country.
I also agree with Kurt Vonnegut on humanism. Vonnegut stated, “I am a humanist, which means, in part, that I have tried to behave decently without expectations of rewards or punishments after I am dead.”
I think that’s a-okay
